INGREDIENTS:

6 portobello mushrooms

1 cup thai basil

3-4 garlic cloves

1 red onion, chopped

2-3 hot chillies

2 tbsp ginger

1 red capsicum, sliced

1 bunch of Bok choy or broccolini

Sauce:

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

1 tsp honey

1 Lime, juiced

1 tbsp sesame oil

METHOD:

To make the sauce:

Add all ingredients together and whisk. Set aside

To make the Stir-Fry:

1. Gently fry the onion, garlic, basil, chili, garlic for 3-5 minutes in coconut oil. Add in the mushrooms, capsicum, bok-choy and cook until tender.

2. Pour in the sauce and toss to combine. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
