Ingredients:

500gm small white mushrooms, left whole

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 garlic clove, grated

½ tbsp ginger, grated

Method:

1. Place mushrooms in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Mix to ensure mushrooms are evenly coated and allow to marinate for a few hours.

2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place mushrooms on a tray with grease proof paper and cook in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve!
