Ingredients

300g chicken mince

200g mushroom, diced

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 brown onion, grated

2 garlic cloves, crushed

4 thyme springs, leaves removed from stem

1 zucchini, grated

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tsp all-purpose seasoning

6 sheets of puff pastry

1 carrot, shredded

egg wash

sesame seeds


Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl add the chicken mince, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini and all herbs and spices. Mix well using your hands to combine.

Layout your pastry sheet and slice through the centre. Add a sausage-like roll of the mixture into the centre and roll over the pastry using an egg wash to keep it together. Brush the outside with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 25-30minutes. Enjoy!
