Mushroom Dumplings
EASY, AUTHENTIC & DELICIOUS.

Ingredients:
2 Swiss browns, chopped and diced
100g mince pork (or meat of your choice)
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
Handful of chives, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp oyster sauce
Salt to taste
Dumpling sheets (of your choice)
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Next, use a teaspoon to scoop some mixture and place in the centre of a dumpling sheet.
2. Dip your finger into some water and spread it on half a corner of your dumpling sheet. Fold sheet over and seal sides with a fork.
3. Heat up the oil for a light deep frying (approximately 1-minute on each side), or until golden. Remove dumplings from fry pan and serve with your favourite sauce!
