From small beginnings as a family-run farm, the business is today a primary supplier of mushrooms to major supermarkets, independent greengrocers and produce markets in South Australia, and nation wide.

Operating from a state of the art, climate-controlled facility on the fertile Adelaide Plains, our fully-integrated business now employs 50 people and each week produces over 20 tonnes of fresh, healthy Swiss brown, white button and field mushrooms. In recognition of this work, SA Mushrooms was in 2013 awarded “Primary Producer of the Year” at the South Australian Food Industry Awards.

Placing a strong emphasis on the delicately hand-picked & packing process, SA Mushrooms are able to deliver our mushrooms only hours after being picked. As SA Mushrooms has grown in size, we have remained 100% family owned and have continued to hold ourselves to the same high standards and “paddock to plate” philosophy that have guided us to our success, delivering our high quality produce — and its significant health benefits — to more and more Australian families each year.
